The location of this guest house is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the Pier and all the attractions. It is right by the sea, making it perfect for beach lovers. The rooms are stylishly decorated and offer a comfortable and clean stay. The bathrooms have great water pressure and are well-maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are good, with both continental and cooked options available.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The location was perfect, very near the beach and by the seaside. It was also close to the centre, making it convenient for exploring this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, a small TV, and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The cleanliness was perfect, and the room was tidy and well-presented. The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, a great way to start the day.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is so close to everything you expect in Brighton, including the seafront and town center. You can easily explore the bars, restaurants, and attractions without having to go too far. The hotel staff are very friendly and provide great service. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and hassle-free. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with nice decor. The attention to detail is evident, from the comfortable cushions to the basic amenities provided.

The owners were cute and polite, the hotel was clean, room was upgraded for free, comfortable bed and amenities provided, convenient location near shops and attractions.
